Amazon Fire tablets are among the most popular tablets for kids, offering affordable hardware with excellent built-in parental controls. Amazon Kids (formerly FreeTime) creates a completely kid-safe environment.
Fire tablets are excellent for young children. Amazon Kids provides a curated, ad-free environment with extensive parental controls.
Fire tablets offer two approaches:
For children under 12, Amazon Kids provides the safest, most controlled experience with age-appropriate content.
Amazon Kids: Free with basic content and parental controls Amazon Kids+: Subscription ($7.99/month, or $5.99/month with Prime) adds thousands of books, videos, games, and apps
