Cancel any time from Settings. Nothing is installed on your kid’s device, and SafeScreens never sees their messages. It is a guide, not monitoring software.
Questions
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. You are not charged again.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Your child profiles, progress and agreements stay, but Family features lock again and you cannot add more than one child profile until you upgrade.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes. Open Manage subscription in your settings to change between monthly and yearly billing.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan is not a trial: every guide stays free to read, with one child profile, for as long as you like.
- How do I pay?
- With any major credit or debit card, through Stripe.
